Grant joined the National HVAC team in 2012 as a commercial and residential installation technician. In 2016 Grant completed the four-year HVAC journeyman program at Sussex Technical School and now possesses his HVAC journeyman’s papers, he also has a universal EPA certification. In 2015 Grant moved to the role of a residential service technician. In 2020 Grant advanced to the position of commercial installation lead, where he displayed a strong knowledge in commercial projects with a key focus on quality and safety. Because of those traits, Grant has moved into the Field installation Foreman's role. Grant now oversees all the field aspects of the two installation divisions at National ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction of all new and retrofit projects.
